Yachtmanagement: Model A

When you buy a yacht from us, we hand it over fully equipped with all necessary licenses for the chartering. We charter your yacht for you and take over all the costs of your yacht for 4 years for the following:

• insurance
• boarding place
• maintenance and operation of your yacht
• yearly charterlincenses
• yearly antifouling painting
• maintenance of inflatable life-raft

The charterincome (without taxes), that means the amounts we take in minus the in Spain used IVA (taxes), will be divided 50/50 between you and us. You will be payed out monthly. You can use your yacht four weeks every year free of charge without appointment. When the yacht is available, you can use it even longer. That means you do not have any costs with your yacht for five years.
